<p> Yet today, women are sitting next to men performing workouts training using weight. Weight training assists women to build up a nice shapely body muscle and also to cut down the unwanted fat and to accomplish the general health and fitness for the entire body.<span id="more-44"></span></p>
<p> Why do women turn to weight training in order to achieve the optimal health and fitness benefits? The probable answer is that weight training provides an efficient and effective way to speed up metabolism rate and burn the calories faster. Weight training exercise also will help to burn more calories as more body muscles grow and gain extra mass.</p>
<p> Women&#8217;s Weight Training</p>
<p> Weight training is a very competent way for women to burn up the fat. It becomes more powerful when combining with a low calorie diet consumption. The development of the new muscle will aid to burn more calories.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are some common misconceptions when it comes to building muscle for a solid chest. As with any area of the body it take disciplined work of the pectorals to achieve that desired chiseled look. Although knocking out heavy bench presses is the only way most people think this can be done, this is not the case. To get a fully refined look on your chest there are other exercises you need to use.</p>
<p>To build a well defined chest you should add the exercises below to your routine.</p>
<p>Low Cable crossovers are an inner pectoral exercise, the key is the correct amount of tension. High Cable crossovers will also work the difficult to reach inner Pectorals.<span id="more-105"></span></p>
<p>The inner pecs are also given a good workout with close-grip bench presses, and they also give a good workout to the triceps. Wide grip bench presses will give yoru outer pectorals a good workout.</p>
<p>The inner pectorals can also be given a good workout with dumbbell flyers. Alternate this on incline, decline, and flat bench. Dips, depending on elbow position, you can work either the inner or the outer Pecs.</p>
<p>When you vary your routines with these exercises it will help to prevent you from reaching a plateau in your training. Now it is important that you also realize that nutrition and rest are equally important.</p>
<p>Nutrition is just as important as lifting heavy weights when you&#8217;re trying to get bigger. The muscle tissue tears as your lift the weights. The muscles are repaired with what food put into your body. Extra vitamins and minerals are essential when you&#8217;re exercising regularly.</p>
<p>Water is also important for any workout routine. Water is needed to keep you hydrated, process waste materials and transport nutrients to your cells. Along with all of these, water acts as a cushion for the joints and offers protection for the important internal organs. It is important to increase your daily fluid intake, as intensive workouts can easily deplete vital fluid levels.</p>
<p>Your body regenerates and heals itself while you are sleeping, this means that plenty of quality sleep is needed to prevent your efforts in the gym going to waste. Along with the fact that you will experience fatigue and not be able to endure workouts for the future.</p>
<p>Combine all of these elements and you will quickly build your muscles and have the strong, toned chest you desire. Just remember you need a good workout routine, plenty of sleep and a diet filled with the right foods.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does it really have to be so difficult to find some good ab workouts? There is so much to choose from, so how will you know what is good? Let me give you some pointers to keep in mind when working your abs, and some great ab workouts.</p>
<p> 1. If you don&#8217;t feel your abs working, the exercise is probably not effective. You should be able to feel your abs pulling or pushing while performing the exercise.</p>
<p> 2. Concentrate while doing the exercise. Make sure you are really using your abs. Don&#8217;t cheat by using the momentum, or by pulling with your arms or legs.<span id="more-38"></span></p>
<p> 3. Get off from the floor. By using an exercise ball when doing your ab workouts you will strengthen your core, and not just one specific muscle. Your body will use more muscles to help you keep your balance, and prevent you from falling on the floor.</p>
<p> 4. Here are some great ab workouts for you to try:</p>
<p> Toe Raises. Lie flat on the floor, with your hands on your hips. Lift your legs straight up, with your toes pointing towards the ceiling. Slowly lower. Do 15 repetitions.</p>
<p> V-Sit. Start with lying flat on the floor, with your hands by your sides. Lift your legs and your upper body at the same time, making a V with your body. Only your bottom should be on the floor. Slowly go back to the starting position. Do 10 repetitions. Or at least as many as you can manage.</p>
<p> 5. But let&#8217;s not forget about the most important ab workout &#8211; A Healthy Diet. That&#8217;s right. What you put in your mouth will make the biggest difference on how your body looks. Start spoiling your body with healthy foods, such as whole grains, lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lots of fibres. And don&#8217;t forget to drink water.</p>
<p> 6. Don&#8217;t forget to be balanced in your workout. When you exercise your abdomen, don&#8217;t forget about your back muscles. If you don&#8217;t train all your muscles you will not get the result you want.</p>
<p> 7. If you want a nice, toned six pack, or just a really flat stomach, you need to lower your body fat percentage. The best way to do this is to have a good aerobic program worked into your exercise routine.</p>
<p> Use these seven tips, and you will get the best out of already good ab workouts.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most trainees who are attempting to train their abs either at home or with little or no equipment, usually engage in a floor session of endless crunches.  Regardless of how many sets and reps you perform, this approach will never lead to well-balanced six pack ab development.</p>
<p>For starters, the floor crunch only provides enough resistance to cause a training effect in beginners.  Once you develop a base of strength, the crunch will only serve as an exercise capable of maintaining your current strength level.</p>
<p>And secondly, crunches only train the abs in one movement pattern: forward flexion.  Forward flexion is just one of many different functions that the abdominal musculature is capable of.  You simply can&#8217;t get a complete and effective ab workout by using one exercise and/or targeting just one movement pattern.<span id="more-48"></span></p>
<p>What you need to do is perform several different ab exercises, with each on working your abs in a different plane of motion.  This is not as confusing as it may sound.  With a basic understanding of how your abs work, this concept is quite simple.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t worry, I&#8217;m not going to bore you with a lesson in anatomy.  Instead, I&#8217;m going to lay out a complete, ready to use ab workout for you.  The following workout contains only exercises that require no equipment whatsoever, making them ideal for a home training session.  Here it is:</p>
<p>1a) Reverse Crunch On Floor 3&#215;20-25 30 sec rest  1b) Straight Body Side Crunch On Floor 3&#215;12 (5sec hold) 30 sec rest  2a) Plank 3&#215;60 sec 30 sec rest  2b) Seated Russian Twists With Leg Cycle 3&#215;20-25 30 sec rest</p>
<p>Follow the simple instructions below to ensure yourself that you are performing each exercise properly.</p>
<p>Reverse Crunch On Floor- Lie on your back on the floor.  Bend both your knees and your hips until they make 90 degree angles.  Bring knees toward chest by contracting your abdominal muscles.  You butt will rise off the floor. Be sure to maintain a constant knee angle throughout the range of motion. Return until hips are again at a 90 degree angle.  Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.</p>
<p>Straight Body Side Crunch On Floor- Lie on your side on the floor.  Keep your arms straight out above your head.  Be sure to keep your legs straight.  Lock your fingers together.  Now raise both your arms and legs up so that neither are in contact with the floor.  Hold this contraction for the prescribed number of seconds.</p>
<p>Plank- Get on the floor in a push up position.  Support your body on your forearms and your toes.  Be sure to keep the abs tight and hold your body in a straight line.  Do not let hips sag or hike them up too high.  Hold for the prescribed number of seconds.</p>
<p>Seated Russian Twists With Leg Cycle- Sit on floor and cross your arms across your chest, grabbing the opposite shoulders.  Lean back until your upper body makes a 45 degree angle to the floor.  Rotate trunk to the right while simultaneously bringing your right knee towards your chest.  At this point your left elbow will be touching your right knee.  In a fluid motion rotate to the left and repeat on the other side.  Continue to alternate until you finish the prescribed number of reps.  One full rotation equals one rep.</p>
<p>Now you have a result producing ab workout you can perform with no equipment whatsoever.  Do this workout two or three times per week for the next month.  After this month is over, it will be time to progress to a more advanced ab workout.</p>

<p>A key ingredient in you diet when you exercise if protein, you should not interfere with this. Unfortunately, alcohol impairs protein synthesis. Protein synthesis is the process where amino acids are joined together to create complete proteins, consumption of alcohol has been shown to slow this process by 20%.<span id="more-16"></span></p>
<p>Another factor in muscle building is the level of testosterone in the body. Have you ever noticed that women do not build the same amount of muscle mass as men? This is because of low levels of testosterone, women have 15-20 times less testosterone than men do. What does that have to do with alcohol? Alcohol decreases the amount of testosterone in the body and increases levels of estrogen.</p>
<p>When you drink alcohol, the kidneys must use massive amounts of water to process the toxin. Yes, the body recognizes alcohol as a toxin. When this happens, the body can quickly become dehydrated.</p>
<p>Contracted muscles are a result of stimuli produced by nerves, in addition nerves control muscles through the electrolyte minerals dissolved in water. More water will lubricate the joints and protect them from injury during a workout.</p>
<p>Drinking alcohol robs your body of key vitamins. Vitamins like B, C and A, plus calcium and phosphorous are all depleted through the use of alcohol. When you consider that the most important vitamins to healthy muscle development are vitamins B and C, you can see this is just one more reason that drinking alcohol while muscle building is such a big deal.</p>
<p>Building muscle is done by depleting fat and increasing muscle mass. Alcohol works against this effort. Alcohol works against this effort. Alcohol contains empty calories, which means that they have no nutritional value. It also has twice as many calories as carbohydrates and protein.</p>
<p>Calories that you are drinking are the first ones burnt. This means that all the fat stores you have that remain in your body that is not used for energy until all of the alcohol calories are burned off. This is a bad idea for someone who wants to build muscle and lose fat.</p>
<p>Alcohol affects on bodybuilding have been examined, but you also have to consider how alcohol affects the rest of the body. If you are trying to gain muscle mass, and are considering using prducts to help you, you need to be aware of the dangers of such products. Before you buy any product you need to research the pros AND the cons of that product. If you suffer from any of these, it will prove difficult to build muscle. Is it really worth the cost?</p>

Because most professional bodybuilders have good posture, their programs may not concentrate on this particular feature. <p>In addition, your bodybuilding exercise program should focus on flexibility. You need flexibility throughout your body, including your lower body and your upper body. If you don&#8217;t stretch properly and make sure you&#8217;re flexible before you begin bodybuilding, you could injure yourself.</p>

If you have well-developed muscles in some places on your body and less developed muscles in other places, this may keep you from optimally using conventional bodybuilding exercise programs. If this is true for you, your bodybuilding exercise program must be customized so that you build every muscle in your body up to the same degree; no muscles should be underdeveloped compared to others so that you could be limited and not in your best shape.</p>
<p>In addition to your bodybuilding exercise program, you&#8217;ll also need to do overall conditioning. Overall conditioning requires that you add cardiovascular exercise, too. Even though cardiovascular exercise may not help you &#8220;bulk up,&#8221; it still exercises your heart and lungs, which is necessary for proper health and maximum benefit. In addition, this type of training is also going to help keep you from getting injured while you work on gaining weight by building muscle.</p>
<p>Before you begin any bodybuilding exercise program, make sure you do your homework and choose just the right program for you. You&#8217;ll need exercises that will help you work of posture, core stability, stabilizing shoulders, increasing flexibility, and focusing on overall conditioning, too. If you do things right, you can have lean, sexy muscles, or you can have bulky muscles, as long as you learn the right techniques based upon your body type.</p>
