<p>One thing you need to remember is the focus of the program lies on adding muscles to those skeletal-like bodies. The exercises are completely described and animated so that you have a very clear picture of how to use the exercises properly.</p>

The training program demands a gym session for 3 weeks including extreme workouts for the full-body, quick and intense. Vince also emphasizes on the methods of training being used for an individual; whether it suits the person or not, whether a lighter exercise would be better for the person, such issues are taken care of.</p>

However, what really does eating healthy mean?</p>
<p>Eat Healthy&#8230;  What did you picture when I said, &#8220;Eat Healthy&#8221;?  A salad?  Why not, it&#8217;s green and nutritious.  However, this thought makes people unaware to the variety of foods available to them if they want to eat healthy and build muscle quick.<span id="more-58"></span></p>
<p>You don&#8217;t have to give up many foods and stay eating green!  You need multiple nutrients when you are trying to build muscle, and only eating green, like salads, won&#8217;t help you in the long run.  Yes, of course you will see some weight loss, but this will make you sick and weak, because you&#8217;re not getting the nutrients you need to build muscle.</p>
<p>There are three main nutrients you need to eat healthy, lose weight, and build muscle quick.  They are proteins, carbohydrates, and the natural grown garden items.</p>
<p>To build muscle quick, you need protein.  Protein is your muscles food and will help it recover fast and bigger.  This will allow you to recover fast, after working out.  You can get this protein from eggs, fish, chicken, and lean red meat.  When it comes to eggs, eat the yolk, too, because it has good protein and vitamins.  Salmon is a good fish for protein, also containing Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D.</p>
<p>Next on the list are carbohydrates.  These will provide your body as its energy source when you are working out.  This will mean your body will work off these before going to your body fat food energy. You might say, &#8220;I want to eat fewer carbohydrates so that my body eats fat right away, so it burns more.&#8221;  And those of you who do that, you couldn&#8217;t be more right!  However, you will also feel the burn!  While you work out, your body will begin to ache, burn, and cramp faster than if you had carbohydrates.  This is where you need to remember that your body also builds muscle outside of the gym.  Carbohydrates only last for so long, and most will be burned up during the work out.  This means the rest will be soon burned up after your work out, and then your body will look for your fat as its secondary choice.  Eating carbohydrates for energy only saves you the instant pain and annoying aches while you try to get a good work out in.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates come from many things.  Most people think of bread.  Try to stay away from the high processed and sugar foods for this.  Look into oats, cereal, and pasta.  Yogurt is also good for both carbohydrates and protein.  Eating some type of carbohydrates after your work out will help with your recovery time, giving that added boost for energy to your body.</p>
<p>The garden grown items are like the fruits and vegetables.  These have vitamins, fiber, and minerals that help your recover and also prevent from getting sick by building up the immune system.</p>
<p>Mainly eat foods with good sources of protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, fiber, and minerals that will all help to build muscle quick.</p>

<p>A key ingredient in you diet when you exercise if protein, you should not interfere with this. Unfortunately, alcohol impairs protein synthesis. Protein synthesis is the process where amino acids are joined together to create complete proteins, consumption of alcohol has been shown to slow this process by 20%.<span id="more-16"></span></p>
<p>Another factor in muscle building is the level of testosterone in the body. Have you ever noticed that women do not build the same amount of muscle mass as men? This is because of low levels of testosterone, women have 15-20 times less testosterone than men do. What does that have to do with alcohol? Alcohol decreases the amount of testosterone in the body and increases levels of estrogen.</p>
<p>When you drink alcohol, the kidneys must use massive amounts of water to process the toxin. Yes, the body recognizes alcohol as a toxin. When this happens, the body can quickly become dehydrated.</p>
<p>Contracted muscles are a result of stimuli produced by nerves, in addition nerves control muscles through the electrolyte minerals dissolved in water. More water will lubricate the joints and protect them from injury during a workout.</p>
<p>Drinking alcohol robs your body of key vitamins. Vitamins like B, C and A, plus calcium and phosphorous are all depleted through the use of alcohol. When you consider that the most important vitamins to healthy muscle development are vitamins B and C, you can see this is just one more reason that drinking alcohol while muscle building is such a big deal.</p>
<p>Building muscle is done by depleting fat and increasing muscle mass. Alcohol works against this effort. Alcohol works against this effort. Alcohol contains empty calories, which means that they have no nutritional value. It also has twice as many calories as carbohydrates and protein.</p>
<p>Calories that you are drinking are the first ones burnt. This means that all the fat stores you have that remain in your body that is not used for energy until all of the alcohol calories are burned off. This is a bad idea for someone who wants to build muscle and lose fat.</p>
<p>Alcohol affects on bodybuilding have been examined, but you also have to consider how alcohol affects the rest of the body. If you are trying to gain muscle mass, and are considering using prducts to help you, you need to be aware of the dangers of such products. Before you buy any product you need to research the pros AND the cons of that product. If you suffer from any of these, it will prove difficult to build muscle. Is it really worth the cost?</p>
