In fact those who regularly suffer from panic attacks will find that they have a very large impact on the way that they live their lives. <p>The first thing a person needs to do in order to provide an effective solution to a panic attack is for them to be able to recognize when one is about to start. <p>Even for those severely stricken with anxiety, remedies such as Xanax and Buspar are meant to treat the symptoms of anxiety, not address the root causes. Xanax and other anti anxiety treatments can also have serious side effects including hallucinations, rashes, mouth sores, yellowing of the skin, dry mouth and headache. In addition, anti stress medication can cause serious addiction and withdrawal symptoms if the dosage is decreased suddenly.<span id="more-411"></span> </p>
<p>Various natural supplements such as ginseng and valerian have been used successfully as anxiety treatments. What makes hypnotherapy so effective is that it cuts directly to the unconscious mind, where fears and phobias are housed. There are also physiological effects which occur during hypnotherapy (lessening of the heart rate, reduction of the stress inducing hormone cortisol etc.) which lessen overall anxiety and stress. </p>
<p>Drugs and supplements can be an instant fix for anxiety and stress and do promise a certain amount of effectiveness and relief. In fact, doctors may prescribe medication as a means of getting some of the more immediate symptoms under control. However, if you are suffering from an anxiety disorder or a heightened stress level, be sure to inquire about natural treatments for anxiety such as meditation and hypnotherapy. </p>
<p>A holistic approach, addressing both lifestyle and physical symptoms, can be a more effective treatment for anxiety than conventional methods, and may just be the answer for you. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People drink for a variety of different reasons at the onset. The majority do so simply to be social. For many of us this happens in high school or college. Its continued when we surround ourselves with fellow drinkers as we become adults. But the reasons we continue to drink go much deeper for each of us.</p>
<p>The reasons for drinking though seem to become quite apparent to us, being depression, stress or just the desire to relax, but the sad conclusion is that whatever the reasons are, we have become completely dependent on alcoholic beverages. <span id="more-39"></span></p>
<p>For some of us, it simply becomes a habit. Just like some people enjoy a Coke or Pepsi after dinner, others enjoy an alcoholic beverage. Habits, in moderation, aren&#8217;t necessarily bad but when they become consistent and more frequent, there may be an issue.</p>
<p>A real tell tale symptom about going out and drinking is when you can&#8217;t enjoy yourself without a drink inside you. If this is your case it may the time to consider the possibility that your habit has turned into an addiction.</p>
<p>When you have to begin explaining your decisions to your family and friends it should just be sufficient enough to tell them that you just want to refrain from drinking. It is quite understandable that you may not want to announce this decision out loud to everyone in your life, so here are a few examples of good excuses you can give for not drinking.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve got to drive later&#8230;I have an interview in the morning&#8230;I&#8217;m on medication&#8230;I&#8217;m just too full from dinner&#8230;My other half will kill me&#8230;I&#8217;ve still got some work to do tonight.</p>
<p>Quite honestly the reason you choose is not the issue here, the important factor is remaining firm to your word and not allowing other people to convince you otherwise. If a colleague tries to twist your arm on having just a quick one, just walk away and use your imagination to find something else to do and preferably with people that don&#8217;t drink to enjoy themselves.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Though anxiety and panic attacks are related to each other they have their own unique symptoms. Both conditions can really cause some serious problems if the symptoms become extreme. Then it is the time for us to find the right treatment if the symptoms become extreme.</p>
<p>Actually anxiety is normal, it is simply a reaction of stress we suffer. Anxiety can occur in different areas of our life, such as in our work, school, or public speaking, and this actually helps someone to deal with the situation. But if this anxiety feeling becomes a fear on everyday situations, this feeling has become a life-changing disorder we should really consider seriously.</p>
<p><span id="more-86"></span>
<p>Panic attacks and anxiety differ in the fact that, while anxiety usually builds to a point, panic attacks can hit at any time with no warning. Unlike anxiety, a panic attack is an irrational fear of something that can&#8217;t be named. There is rarely any obvious reason for the feelings of panic, and is much more intense than the feelings of anxiety or being overly stressed.</p>
<p>One out of every 75 people in the world will have a panic attack at some point in their lives. The good news is that most of these adults will never have another panic attack. However, these statistics show that panic attacks and anxiety are the most common emotional disorders, even more so than bipolar disorders, ADHD, depression, OCD schizophrenia, phobias, and alcohol abuse. In addition to this, people suffering from panic and anxiety disorders rarely go looking for help with their problem.</p>
<p>Of course, there are similarities between panic attacks and anxiety attacks, and anxiety attacks can lead to panic attacks. Suffer from enough anxiety and it can escalate into a panic attack. So if you begin to find yourself becoming overly anxious, it&#8217;s time to get help in bringing it under control before it gets too much to cope with.</p>
<p>Anxiety and panic attacks are unpleasant and can be devastating. But people who suffer from anxiety or panic attacks can take some comfort in knowing there is help around to lead a regular life. They simply need to ask.</p>
